Commission Structure
15% commission payable. Free accommodation for one guide when making group bookings of 10 persons or more.

Booking Policy
A 50% deposit is payable 30 days before date of reservation. Balance is payable on date of departure. If guest is not settling the account, proof of payment is required prior to departure.

Cancellation
50% (21-30 days before date of departure)
80% (14-21 days before date of departure)
100% (less than 7 days before date of departure)
The same cancellation policy applies to lunch bookings.
